The challenge:
Centralise the processing of payments from multiple international banks in Spain and simplify the signature process.
Key challenges:
- Improve the management of collections and payments which were previously handled by electronic banking (35 companies, 100 bank accounts and 12 currencies).
- Integrate payments operations at group level without having to modify the rest of the treasury tools.
- Have a secure tool using a Swift Service Bureau, outsourcing some maintenance and security functions that require an active BIC.
